Reception for the Glynn Porter Memorial Golf Tournament at the Clubhouse of Dancing Rabbit Golf Course in Choctaw, MS @ 6pm.

Mississippi Concrete Association’s annual PAC fundraiser, The Glyn Porter Memorial Golf Tournament, will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Philadelphia, MS. MCA members are encouraged to invite local legislators, elected officials, customers and friends to play on their teams.  Registration and breakfast begin at 8 am followed by a shotgun start at 10 am. Lunch is included and prizes will be presented at the conclusion of the tournament. Dancing Rabbit gift certificates will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, closest to the pin and longest drive. 

October 9-10, 2018 held at the MDOT Central Lab in Jackson, MS This class covers field testing of fresh concrete.  The ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, Grade 1 certification covers the following standard test methods: ASTM C172     Sampling ASTM C143     Slump ASTM C138     Unit Weight ASTM C173
