November 3-4, 2020 held at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Building, Pearl, MS

This class covers laboratory testing of aggregates for concrete. ACI Aggregate Testing Technician – Level 1 certification covers the following standard test methods:

• ASTM D 75 Sampling Aggregates
• ASTM C 702 Reducing Samples of Aggregate to Testing Size
• ASTM C117 Materials Finer than No. 200 Sieve in Mineral Aggregates by Washing
• ASTM C136 Sieve Analysis of Fine & Coarse Aggregates

This two-day course involves a full day of classroom instruction. The second day will start with a written test followed by the performance test. Certification is only granted to those who pass both written and performance tests.
