June 4-5, 2019 held at the MDOT Central Lab in Jackson, MS

This class covers laboratory testing of hardened concrete. ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification covers the following standard test methods:

• ASTM C617 Capping Cylindrical Specimens
• ASTM C1231 Unbonded Caps for Concrete Cylinders
• ASTM C39 Compressive Strength of Cylindrical Concrete Specimens
• ASTM C78 Flexural Strength of Concrete

This two-day course involves a full day of classroom instruction. The second day will start with a written test followed by the performance test. Certification is only granted to those who pass both written and performance tests.
